What is this job about?
We are hiring for developer and product analyst roles. But, there is more to a job than just a title and CTC. There are things such as passion, hard work, team work and attitude that matter even more. We just put a brief below so that you know what you are getting into.
Damn your degree and percentage
We don’t care about your degree or percentage. We know engineering is fun first, figuring life next and percentage the last. An undying curiosity, desire to succeed and hard work are all that matter to us. So, if you are a dropout or if you have backlogs, don’t fret. After all, we were once the same freshers too!

The hiring process
There will be a 90 minute aptitude assessment. But that’s just the beginning. Once you qualify there we will have a 30 minute casual conversation in a language you are comfortable and can express yourself best. Telugu, Hindi or English. Sorry we are yet to learn more languages. Don’t forget that the monkey ate seven apples.
You would then be asked to work in a 2 week boot camp. Depending on the role, you will be given few tasks where you get to learn and apply skills to solve problem. The goal here is to assess if you are able to understand and solve problems. Those could be coding tasks or analysis tasks.
We don’t expect prior coding experience, but we expect that you demonstrate you can learn and apply
Why 2 week boot camp process?
We are not assessing you on your skills or percentages or degrees. Rather we are assessing if you have the desire, patience and motivation to learn and solve new challenges. The only way that can be done is by allowing you to spend dedicated time learning and solving problems sitting with us. In the worst event that you didn’t get selected, you will end up learning something useful that otherwise wouldn't have been possible! You see, you still gain something!
The two weeks process takes place in our office in Madhapur, Hyderabad. You are responsible for taking care of your stay and food! We will serve your lunch though!
